Here is a photo emailed to me by one of the two people who has this problem: The imagine size is 2461 1055, which gives aspect ratio of 2.33, very close to theme specified aspect ratio.
Here is what one of those having the cut off Bottom line of Header sent to me today:
“It happens in both Chrome and Edge. But, if I click to make the browser window smaller, it displays correctly, but as soon as I maximize it, it gets cut off again. I think it may have to do with the display settings. My monitor is widescreen, and it is set to 1920×1080.Everyone else I’ve had try this URL http://yolojuneteenth.org (which redirects into a page on https://davislibraryfriends.org, but not reachable from there) – sees the graphic just fine.
—I’ve tried several times to write a glowing review for your help, but keep getting told my Windows log in is wrong and they will send me a way to reset my password… Haven’t given up yet….

First one more question – I have 2 people who when testing for me that their header (one of two I’m using thanks to your help!) that the lower part of the header is cut off.
I’ve tried to look through the instructions to find the desired size of the header graphic – can’t seem to locate it.
I’ve read some places that going to the browser and clearing the cache will solve this problem. So far I haven’t gotten my 2 people with the problem to do this.March 2, 2021 at 11:17 am in reply to: no longer able to change header graphic for a particular page #275595FOLParticipantThank you so much Skandha for this information! It’s taken me awhile to get this working on each of the pages in my site, but things are looking good! Using the Featured Image to be the header image is something I never would have figured out on my own. Again, thank you so much!
Linda – davislibraryfriends.orgJune 6, 2020 at 6:54 pm in reply to: no longer able to change header graphic for a particular page #249087FOLParticipantOriginal poster here again… I have been using Microsoft Edge browser, have checked that the yolojuneteenth.org is a valid address paid through Dec 14, 2020. What I did realize is that I haven’t tried this on other browsers. With Google Chrome I am NOT able to get to the page – I have no idea why it would be different with a different browser. Alternatively I’ve used
davislibraryfriends.org/yolojuneteenth (the page to which yolojuneteenth.org is redirected).

Just checked on several different computers.. Thank you for looking at this!! Since our 2020 event was cancelled, I have the graphic for 2021 ready and would like to switch to that, but am unable to do so.
Thanks, Linda / folFOLParticipantOriginal poster again. I got a message to update to latest Windows 10 version. Did that (which took awhile!) and magically my issue went away!! But can I count on users to have update their computers?? I also have not tried on any Apple products.
