I had the same thing happen and had to pay someone $20 to help me figure it out. They said that CT added a number to the end of the update file name and that my child theme could not recognize it because of this. They had to go to the editor to find out what CT named it. Not exactly sure how she fixed it, but she said that was the problem.

I just tried to update my Cath Box Pro and I can’t get it to work. Do I have to erase the copy I have on my computer and reinstall it on my computer and then reinstall it on to my wordpress? This sucks….. I have lost my blog and all of the work I just recently did to it.

I have gone to my account and downloaded the link there and tried to upload it to my wordpress site and it won’t work. Then I tried to submit a ticket to support and found that even though I purchased the theme, it doesn’t come with support… that’s an additional cost??
