    I recently purchased the Pro edition of the Clean Portfolio theme. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to import the Catch Themes demo and receive a 500 error message each time I attempt to import it. I reached out to my web hosting provider and they mentioned that the script of the plugin catch-themes-demo-import is timing out. The issue still occurred after they disabled all plugins except the catch-themes-demo-import.

    They have advised me to reach out to request the demo content file in XML format. Are you able to send me a copy of this file?
