Checkout works when users don’t create an account, but when they check the box, I think there’s supposed to be an email address field that just doesn’t show up (only password field shows up when the box is checked). Therefore, when they submit, they receive a message: “Please provide a valid email address.”

I just checked in with the theme, it is working fine on our end, email id filed is also shown. After checking your URL https://bluenotesd.com/, it looks like more of WooCommerce issue. You can ask support from WooCommerce support forum.

Looks like it’s an issue with WooCommercer settings or some plugin conflict. We have tested it on our server and it’s working fine. So, can you check your settings and we will check with you soon.
