I would like to change the widget-title from “Blogroll” to simply “Links”, mainl because my users are puzzled by the term “Blogroll” whereas they intuitively understand “Links”. Is there any way of changing the widget-title?
Thanks.
DonalJuly 3, 2013 at 5:08 pm #11356SakinKeymaster@donal.leader: Are you using the older version of WordPress as the Blogroll widgets has been removed from the WordPress version 3.5 onwards. It is not safe to use older version of WordPress.

That is why I recommend you to use “Custom Menu” widget. For this, you have to build the new menu through “Appearance => Menus” there you can add your links. Then you can do to “Appearance => Widgets” and add the your menu thorough Custom Menu widgets.

October 10, 2013 at 4:27 pm #15783EPICPROJECTMemberHi,
I would like to know how to customize the title of a widget: i’d like to show more words. How to modify Excerpt length(words)only for widget?

Thanks
