    Dear All,

    i have purchased Intuitive Pro – i have a video uploaded in the Header. On Desktop it is working fine, however on mobile and tablet it is not working.

    i need a solution for this ASAP.

    @selvanads: Hello Selveena,
    Header Video does not work on screens below the width of 900px. That is the default feature of WordPress.

    However you can use our Header Enhancement Plugin to make it work.
    Let me know if this works out! You can also check out the pro plugin and the additional-features available in the plugin.
