Hi Sakin,
Please, i want to update my theme from 2.6 to 2.7,
Can i do the following steps:
Dashboard – Appearance – theme – uplead new theme – select theme 2.7 zip file from my computer – and then install.

Can i do that ? without any problem ?

SO i can do the following :
Installation using the WordPress Administration Panel
You can download Themes directly to your blog by using the Add New Themes option in the Appearance sub-menu.
Download Catch Box Pro from your Catch Themes member My-Account to your Desktop
Log in to the WordPress Administration Panel
Click on “Appearance => Themes => Install Themes”
Click on “Uploads” and browse the downloaded file catch-box-pro.zip from the desktop where you have it downloaded
Then Click on “Install Now” to install the Theme

Installing the theme…

Destination folder already exists. /home/alaa/webapps/wp_app/wp-content/themes/catch-box-pro/

Theme install failed.

Please, what is the problem and how can i fix that ?

@ashrafashraf: You are checking in Installation instruction while you need to check “Updating Theme Using the Administration Panel” instruction.
