Instructions in the WordPress say to use the FTP upgrade I should go to my account on this site and download the zip file. That is sort of crazy. So just how do I get a hold of the zip file for the new version of Everest Pro.?

@prayer0house: Please check in Catch Everest Pro theme instructions http://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/catch-everest-pro where you can find the way to upgrade from Dashboard or from FTP.

If you are still confused about it. Then we can help you with the update. Let me know it and then we can personally email you about it.

HI we bought the upgrade Catch everest pro, I can’t figure out how to install it. skinclinicny.com
we bought it so we can customize the footer which in previous support Q&A said u the pro version. Can u pls help me on this? Shouldn’t there be another install button?

Ok got it! yay! I am sure I will have other issues. Prayer re-read directions here is link (don’t forget to save any custom edits, I know should have a child theme and then not an issue but…)

I don’t get it. Where can I find the zip file for the new version of catch everest pro. Are you saying I have to buy it again? How do I save my custom edits? Where should I save them to? I reread the instructions. Still puzzled.
