    I log into my WP, click customize on my active theme, a warning screen pops up quickly, then the customize screen pops up but only a blank screen loads and with my site name on the left column.

    @Kashina: This maybe a result of a plugin conflict. Try disabling the plugins you have used one by one to check if it is causing the issue and then just replace the specific plugin with another plugin that doesn’t cause issues. Check out the link to know how to recognize plugin conflicts.

    Thank you for responding. somehow it works now. i activated another theme then went back and activate mine. It works. Thank you again!
