I upgraded to the pro theme but can’t get the social media to show up.

I added in the info under Predefine Social Icons and also tried adding Custom Social Icons but nothing will show up.

I have also tried adding something to my header by adding the Catch everest – advertisement widget to Header Right Sidebar but it doesn’t show up.

@akuster: Please post in your site URL so that I can check in. Have you gone to “Appearance => Widget” and then add in CT: Social Links widget to your sidebar.

Is it a choice between either the Social Links OR adding an image in the header on the right side?

I can get the image to show up if I add it to Header Top Sidebar (but it’s not in my header, it’s above it) and would like to add an image inside my header on the right side. I tried adding the Advertisement widget in Header Right Sidebar but it won’t show up.

@akuster: Looks like you have disable header right sidebar. So, go to “Appearance => Theme Options => Header Right Sidebar Options” and then uncheck “Disable Header Right Sidebar” and it will show.

Can’t get the social media icons on any page via widgets.

@Paul: First, go to “Appearance => Customize => Social Links => Social Links”, add in your social links as per your need and then click on “Save & Publish”. Then go to “Appearance => Widgets” and drag and drop “CT: Social Icons” widget.
