I’m using the feature slider and it shows a white block right below the slider when it goes to the next slide. I believe that this issue started after I update my website.

This maybe due to Jetpack’s Lazy Images module that you have activated on your site. Can you please deactivate and check if the issue is resolved?

Thanks for the prompt reply.

It looks like deactivating Jetpack fixed the issue. Do you have any alternative to Jetpack that I should consider?

WordPress 5.5 added lazy loading as a default feature so you need to use any plugin for that matter.
