We upgraded to use the Catch Everest Pro (to include 1 year of support) on June 21 of this year. This support request concerns the Slider which we had on the front page. It was working fine then one day (tow or three months ago, perhaps due to either installing the latest Catch Everest Pro theme or something other – it stopped working.
I have already trawled your forums and tried disabling various Plug-ins etc – (as suggested) but all to no avail. I’m now stumped on how to solve this? Looking with Firebug does see an error message about some Google Font reference not resolving (400 Bad Request – http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=&subset=latin)- but I don’t know if this is connected or a complete red-herring? At the same time, the (modal) Carousel feature that we had set up in all of the galleries has stopped working and no longer seems to be an option.
As it’s now back in a state of development (as it’s not working properly) – it is behind a holding page once more. It’s at http://www.followingfoxes.com – and for some genuine support I can set up a temporary username & password so that you may see the issues in more depth (please just ask)…
Any help would be very welcome on this…
