My site: https://www.itstechnical.net
At one point I had the text on pages centered without the sidebar except for Blog & News. I had done this by setting each page’s layout to “No sidebar” as I recall.
On the services page, I wanted to try and put a left sidebar in place where I could put some customization. I selected that and found it instead displayed the sidebar on the right side; I was unable to figure out how to display it on the left. Worse, now now all the pages have the text aligned on the left side of the page instead of centered.
My understanding is that Appearance –> Theme Options –> Layout Options is where the default settings are defined, and the editing the layout of each page should override that. Correct?
What am I missing? What can I try to get this working correctly?
Thank you.

1. There in layout option in “Appearance => Theme Options => Layout Options => Sidebar Layout Options”. This is for overall site layout.
2. There is Sidebar Layout option below your page/post editor which is there to customize individual page/post. This will overwrite the Layout Option in theme options panel. This is known issue of version 2.4 and will be fixed in 2.4.1 which is schedule to release today.
