Hi !

Please HELP !
I was in the menu option and I wanted just to reset the menu and I’ve clicked on the red button “reset” and the whole website was reset ! removing pictures, music menu everything that I’ve created since a month… I don’t know how to come back ! I think also the pro version that I’ve paid has been removed has I can’t see the music menu that I put (this only exist when you pay the pro version)
Please help me ! there are so many things that I forgot how to do, It tooks me ages to do it…

@ruberaroots: Hello there,
The Reset Button at the top of the customizer resets all your customizer settings. When you click on it you also get a Caution: Reset all settings to default. Process is irreversible. confirmation message. Now that you have reset your settings it cannot be retained.

Also I suggest you not post your email address or contact number in this public support forum.

I didn’t get any caution message and confirmation message ! If I had I would have never click on “yes” or something like that!

@ruberaroots: Hello there,
When you click on Reset you will get a confirmation message Caution: Reset all settings to default. Process is irreversible. And if you click OK only then the customizer settings will be reset. I am afraid as this process is irreversible you will need to again set your customizer settings.
