    Due to strict data protection rules within the EU I would like to disable the Google fonts of catch everest pro and rather use self-hosted fonts from my server (using @font-face). How can I …

    1. remove the preinstalled online-fonts
    2. embed the @font-face-css-code in my stylesheet (I’m wondering if the custom css field in theme options is suitable for that as the code has to be inserted at the top of the stylsheet).

    @fogruen: If you don’t change any font then then the site will not load the google font. So, I think this is not an issue.

    About font face css code, you need need to build child theme and then add font in your child theme and then add css in child theme style.css
