There is a random problem with password protected pages on my website http://www.chasetrainingsolutions.co.uk. I have 2 pages that are protected with different passwords and clients sometimes are not able to access the page. This occurs randomly, as sometimes they can! This issue occurs on all web browsers, so is not isolated to one or two, i.e. Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Safari, etc.

This is a frustrating issue 🙁

Please see an email received today from one of our customers trying to access the ‘Licenced Organisation Resources’ page on our website

Hi Dave,

Unfortunately it won’t allow me access into your website via the password provided? Can I check this has not changed as I’ve tried re-typing it and also copying and pasting it to no avail?

This is very frustrating problem and does need to be resolved ASAP, as we are having many issues regarding this on both pages as described in my original support post, which is causing frustration with our customers and ourselves!

The password for the Staff Team Resources page is : Ben&Dave

For the DofE Licensed Organisation Resources page: CTS0luti0ns

Once the password has been entered and ‘Enter’ has been clicked, the page refreshes back to the ‘front’ page asking for the password.

Help!!!!!

Can you please try deactivating all your plugins and check if the issue is resolved?

The Staff Team Resources page did open with the password you provided but the DofE Licensed Organisation Resources page did not. The page refreshes back to asking for password if the password entered is incorrect?

Can you check if the password for the page DofE Licensed Organisation Resources is CTSolutions? Make sure the letter case is correct as well.

The password for the DofE Licensed Organisation Resources page uses ‘zeros’ rather the letter, therefore: CTS0luti0ns

The page refreshes back to asking for password if the password entered is incorrect? Yes, this is correct.
