    Hi

I’m currently running FullFrame Pro on my 2 networked sites. I have a problem with the Appearance/Customize option.

I have 2 (nearly) identical sites, one in English, the other in German. Same structure, pages, posts, plugins, etc., only the content is translated.

No problems when I click “appearance->customize” in the English site, the page for customization is displayed correctly.
This site is located here: http://new.aquariumcomputer.com/en/
    (not yet translated completely)

But when I try to do the same on my German site only a blank screen is shown.
    This is the site: http://new.aquariumcomputer.com/de/

I am not sure, but this seems to be an issue since the update from 3.2->3.3, didn’t recognize it before.
Already tried 3.4 but didn’t change anything.

This is the URL to the cutomization page of the English site which works:
    http://new.aquariumcomputer.com/en/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fen%2Fwp-admin%2F

This is the URL of the German site which doesn’t work:
    http://new.aquariumcomputer.com/de/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fde%2Fwp-admin%2F

Any help would be very much appreciated since we can’t finish our project due to this issue and the deadline is approaching … thanks.

    hi @Matthias,

I am a bit confused as you have posted this on Catch Adaptive Pro forum. Also, you have mentioned that you upgraded to version 3.4, but the latest of this theme is version 3.3.

Full Frame Pro looks like the theme you have used. I tried changing the language from WordPress Dashboard=> General => Site Language to Deutsch, and went to customizer and it was working fine.

Let me know if I need to follow any other steps.

The customization page links do not work for me as only logged in users can view that page.

Also, can you try and change the language of German Site to English and see if the problem persists.

Please let me know how it goes and I will assist you further.

    Hello Pratik,

thanks for the very quick reply.
Sorry when I chose the wrong forum, I didn’t find out where to post in regards to a FullFrame Pro question, maybe you can move it.

You are right, it recognized this problem after updating from 3.2 to 3.2.1, now I have 3.3, same situation.

You are right. When I change to en_US it works, changing it back to de_DE I can’t access the design page.

    ok, to be more specific:

the admin language is the problem, the blog language doesn’t matter

@matthias: I have change this forum to Full Frame Pro as this issue is related to Full Frame Pro theme.

It’s working fine when I check in. Did you follow the installation process at https://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress_in_Your_Language .

To check if this is theme issue or WordPress Installation/Plugin issue. Can you do one text. Just activate any default theme like Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Fifteen theme and then try changing languages. If you fail in this then, it’s WordPress Installation/Plugin issue and if this work then I need to check in your server.
