    How can I make the automatic privacy notice appear when opening the site?
    is it still mandatory?

    @armartino: Hello Antonella,
    You will need to use the Cookie Notice plugin for that. I think it is necessary to comply with the EU GDPR cookie law and CCPA regulations.
