I am using Flat Responsive theme, and my Primary menu is not showing up in the header section to the right of my logo where it was before i updated.
Its showing at the bottom ( footer menu)

Also the three widgets below the revolutionary slider are showing up on every page, they should only show up on the home page, how do i disable this?

Both menus have been correctly assigned to primary and footer, and still not showing up in the correct positionMy website is http://www.nannuphideaway.com.au
