Portrait format for header of mobile phones

Hi,

I’m currently updating my webpage and would like to change to the Bold Photography (maybe Pro version) Theme. It would be essential for me as photographer that I can choose different photos for the header slider for the desktop version than for the mobile version (to prevent that just the center of the desktop is shown). I would like to choose some photos in portrait format and show them as the header slider on the front page for mobiles. Is there an (easy) way to adjust for this?

Do you mean to have different set of images for Slider in Desktop and Mobile ?

Hi Skandha,

Yes, for example the images in portrait format entitled portrait_x from this gallery: http://staging.flurinleugger.ch/test123/ and for desktop the ones called desktop_x.

@fl95: Hello Flurin,
Can you have all those images in the Featured Slider and let me know? Since you are using the free version you can only use Page in the Featured Slider Section. If you upgrade to pro you will have post, page, category and custom type option to select from to create a slider. You can check out the additional-features available in pro version of the theme.

Hi Skandha,

It’s not clear to me, whether this works in the pro version or not. As long as I’m not sure whether it works, I won’t buy the pro version. I just want to know, whether I can have multiple portraits photos for mobiles and different ones for the desktop version in the pro version (or if it is possible to do so).

What you can do buy the pro version and upload all the photos on the featured slider and let me know. I will try to help you on what you want to achieve with the landscape and portrait photos in desktop and mobile devices. You can test all the additional features as well. If you are not satisfied with the theme we have a 15-day return policy. You are subjected to a full refund within 15 days of your purchase.
