Hi, I don’t know where to go with this issue it is so weird, but I am starting with you in case you have any ideas. I started out trying to replace a Gravity Forms (deactivated) shortcode with a Constant Contact form shortcode on a previously published page. I deleted the Gravity forms code and the lines of text associated with it. Then I republished it. In two separate browsers the old shortcode and text shows with the new form. I tried creating a new page using the old page content. Same problem. I am working in the text editor where the old has been deleted. I have also tried this on my phone. Same result. It shouldn’t be there but it is.

The page(s) are the original and the copy

It gets worse. I tried making a third fresh page and just added the Constant Contact form shortcode. It redirects to the first page even though it has never had any Gravity form content. redirects!
Core, Theme, Database, Plugin..? Can you help to sort this out? I need to create a number of forms and this is a huge roadblock. Thank you
I need to create this form. As long as I can get it to connect with Constant Contact it doesn’t matter what plugin I use. Can you help me to sort this out?

    Hi @catwingz,

You will need to seek professional help for this. Have you got any caching plugins, try disabling them if there are any. Also try contacting your server if they have some server level caching installed.

The two pages you have mentioned has same contact form coming from ct-ct which is from constant contact i think. The issue looks to be from plugin rather than core or theme or database.

    Regards,
    Pratik

Thanks. We fixed it but how it did this is still a mystery!
