I purchased the Pop rock Pro for 60$ and dowbnload it , went through the instruction process and every time i enter the given license key to activate it, a message that reads License status is unknown comes up under it, I have put the exact license key given multiple times, and secondly what kind of company makes you pay for basic support ? thats not a good company policy. give me a working license key or give me my money back.

I checked it is the License key you provided. I’ll just take a refund. I only wanted to purchase a theme to reduce the amount of time it would take to create a website.
