    How can I move the “Promotion Headline” above “Portfolio” on the “Home Page”? I am using “Alchemist Pro” theme.

    @alajbeg: Hello there,
    For that you can use the Section Sorter feature.
    Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Section Sorter => Drag and drop the section in the order you want and Publish.
