    Hi Guys,

I have a similar issue that’s been discussed but on the pro version, and the resolution was not the same for me. So here is my new entry.

I have the Catch Box free version and I see my mobile menu is not loading for my site cool-banana.net

If I reduce the windows size on PC or load in a mobile device, the hamburger menu appears ok. But, when that is selected the menu slides to the side as normal, but no menu is loaded.

If I hover my mouse over the area there is no focus found anywhere in the black space. My logic tells me something is stopping the menu loading into the blank space provided for it. It’s just an empty white space.

I have checked and tested background colors using custom css, and by editing the style.css. I also enabled secondary & footer menus in mobile devices.

This is nothing to do with the admin bar. This happens regardless of being login in or not, and occurs across browsers.

Now I’m out of ideas now :o(

    You guys have any ideas?

    Thanks

    Carl

@carlscutt: Seems you are using some Custom CSS which is causing the issue. I checked you site and following CSS is included which seems to be causing the issue

Are you using any plugins? If yes, try disable it and check if it resolves the issue.
You can check the menu in demo. Let me know you face the same problem in the demo too.

    Hi there Mahesh,

Thanks for getting back so quickly. If I understand correctly, the css you refer to is the minify code used by WP Fastest Cache.

I disabled it and tested but I don’t see any change.

What do you think is my next step? Hopefully, not a fresh install, yikes :o/

    Cheers

@carlscutt: Have you modified theme’s CSS or other codes? In your theme, the sidr class has display set to none. But by default its set to display: block.
And the other thing, have you tried checking disabling all other plugins too? Sometimes plugin may cause issues.

    Mahesh
