    Hi Sakin!
    I need your help again!
I have a web in a “/webnew” folder, then I change in Settings – General the new link of the web page. Then I move all the WP include the theme folder.
I have no problem with the Administration of the WP, and the setup of the theme, but the Catch Everest Pro Theme don´t work, I was wondering if I have to change any path in the database, or I have to modify the .htaccess file.
This is the link of my web: http://www.fotoclubtigre.com.ar/

If you need I will write a personal mail.

    Thanks a lot!

@albertoc: You cannot just change the link in settings. To move the site from one folder to another, first you need to move all the files from that that folder to new one. Then you can use search and replace file to change the database path saved. See this article http://interconnectit.com/products/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/

    Sakin-

As a test before the launch, we moved our (local) site to a public domain. And, while most items worked correctly, some did not, e.g. featured sliders, our logo, and posted images.

While I could change the featured sliders’ URL, we could not get our logo and posted images to appear as they still referenced the old domain even though the image URL’s were correct.

Then we did the ‘search-and-replace’ you recommended. Now everything works correctly!

Thanks for saving us hours of lost time.
