Theme – Catchbox (free version)
Browser – Stock browser on android
Blog – ahomeinthehills.com
Problem – Menu Navigation – Can’t directly navigate to tab that is showing.
When viewing my blog, the menu bar only shows the last tab entry (I have a few tabs). If I select the tab that is showing, a pop-up window appears giving a selection of all tabs. If I want to go to one of the other tabs (not the one that was actually showing), this is fine, I select it and go. If I want to go to the tab that was showing (in my case it is my “blog” tab) there is no way to get to it unless I navigate to another tab and then from there, select the blog tab.

February 28, 2013 at 12:48 am #4525SakinKeymaster@Danbrough: I got what you mean. It’s the issue of default menu in responsive design. You need to use Custom Menu of WordPress. See this for help of adding custom menu http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
February 28, 2013 at 10:39 am #4542DanbroughMemberI had a widget that allowed me to hide or show pages – I removed that widget. I thought this might have been giving me the trouble.
After removing this widget, the menu was still was working as before. I did have a custom menu set up (in fact I had two).
I then deleted the two custom menus I had. At this point, the menu works correctly but every single page I have is showing in the menu bar. Not ideal either.
If I create a new custom menu at this point, it works as before with the navigation issue.

February 28, 2013 at 7:54 pm #4569DanbroughMemberThis was solved by Sakin – Thanks!
The home page link was the issue – here is the answer from Sakin:
Custom Menus are lot better function of WordPress. I see your problem when using custom Menu. You (Dan) added the Home link through “Custom Links”. You (Dan) need to add it through “Pages => View All” then select Home and then click on add to menu. I (Sakin) have added home for your at this time.****
This solved my problem and the menu navigation works great on android, iphone an ipdad.-Dan
