    I would like to know what code to put into the custom css that will lower the menu bar so it does not cover up the custom header. I am using the Simple Catch Theme.

    @jatco: You can add the following CSS in “Appearance => Theme Options => Custom CSS” box.
    #header #mainmenu { margin-top: 195px; }
