    Hi Sakin,

For some reason, all of the formatting in the text area of my website is not working all of a sudden.
On the backend, when I am editing in the visual editor everything looks perfect but when I look at the page itself there are no paragraphs, left alignment, bold, italic, bullets, etc.
I don’t know what happened can you please help?
    My website is http://www.fantonphotography.com
I recently updated wordpress–could this be causing the issue?

    Thank you!
    Amy

@amyfanton: Have you migrated your site? This kind of issue only happens when migrating the site from one server to another. Please contact WordPress.org support for WordPress related issue.
And try disabling the plugins and check it that resolves the issue.

    Regards,
    Mahesh

    Hi Mahesh,

Coincidentally, I migrated my site yesterday but the problem with formatting occurred about 3 weeks ago, after I installed a plugin (that I later uninstalled). However even after uninstalling and deleting, the formatting is not working. Do you have any other ideas of things I can do to fix this?

    Hi Mahesh,
I should also note that at the same time as installing a new plugin I updated wordpress. Could it be the wordpress update that is causing the problem since the plugin has since been uninstalled and deleted?

I found this online–does this look like it could be a solution for me to try?

    Hi @amyfanton,

I checked the link, but I doubt this can solve the issue. You can try it though. Some plugins tend to leave the residue code even after uninstalling and deleting the plugin. Just bad plugin.

You can try updating WordPress to 4.7.2 too.

Other that that, the support falls outside this theme support forum scope. Hope you understand.

    Regards,
    Pratik

Thanks Pratik, I understand. Is this something I can pay on a premium support ticket to try to address? Or is this something one of the customizers would be able to do if I hire them separately? Just trying to figure out the best course of action. Thank you.

    Hi @amyfanton,

Even premium support will not handle the non theme related issues. Best bet will be to hire a customizer.
