This is the site http://www.spiritofyoga.co.uk – the graphic designer was editing it and suddenly there seems to be a line under the menu bar.

Is it possible to tell me what’s wrong with it?

@poornima.uk: There is border bottom in your header. You can remove that by adding the following CSS in your “Custom CSS” box in your Theme Options panel.
#header { border: none; }
