I recently renewed my subscription and paid the annual fee, but I’m having trouble validating my license key for the theme. Despite entering the key from my account, the theme isn’t recognizing it. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Had the same problem. Try clearing your cache or using a different browser. If that doesn’t work, contact support—they helped me out fast. Good luck!
