    I just signed up for the support and PAID money to get support – and nobody is available. I have been WASTING my ENTIRE day with this theme and getting NOWHERE! I need an answer immediately! I have tons of issues and NO SUPPORT. Either I get feedback or I would like my money back for the theme and the support I paid for.

    @nicolet531: We usually answer the support forum within 8 hours in Weekday and within 24 hours during weekends. Since, we run the site globally, there is time difference.

    Sorry for the trouble. I have already started assisting you even thorough email.
