Hi,

I have one more issue- the Image Gallery Carousel (Jetpack) is not working on a post. http://haralanov.com/henry-ford-museum-at-detroit/
Immages allways open in a page- the gray/white carousel box is missing, so you are unable to rotate the immages.
When I changed theme (replaced with Twenty Sixteen) everithig works fine!

I’ll be grateful if you are able to respond quite faster- I’ve raised a couple of issues from last week, but until this moment- there are no resolutions, except one.

@haralanov: Go to Jetpack’s settings and make sure Carousel feature is enabled.

Yes, it is! As I mentioned above ‘When I changed theme (replaced with Twenty Sixteen) everithig works fine!’.
Please, focus on the topic- I don’t need ‘generic’ answers!

@haralanov: Are you using any other plugins other than Jetpack, please try disabling the plugin and check if that resolves the issue. Let me know further.
And for the other issue, our team is on to it.

Unfortunately- not. I’ve disabled all the plugins, and – nothing!
Is there any theme cache to be deleted?

@haralanov: Please try reinstalling the theme and let me know any if the issue persists. If the issue still persists, we’ll need to check for the issue on our site. Hope you understand.
Note: Reinstalling the theme won’t cause loss of any of your settings.

same thing- it aint work!

How to remove completely all the data? After reinstalling- setting were same, so I’m affraid that simple delete is not enough.

@haralanov: For full reset, go to Dashboard=> Customize=> Reset All Settings and check Check to reset all settings to default and save and refresh. We’ll need to check your server for the issue. We’ll contact you via email shortly.
