I’m sorry if I had the same question in the past
How do I install the theme to make it look like a demo site?

To import the demo you will need to install and activate Catch Themes Demo Import plugin and Essential Content Types plugin.

Then,
Go to => Appearance => Catch Themes Demo Import => You should able to find the import options here.

Note: Make sure you have Clean Enterprise theme activated on your site.
