    Hello!
    I love the look of the Accommodation theme option, using the post type, for the homepage and I would like to use a similar layout for options like the Church and Venue. Is is possible to duplicate and minorly modify the Accommodation option for this use or is there a way to create one similar?

    For that you will need to create a child theme and customize your site. If you really need it I suggest you to hire a customizer.
