How do I edit Home, About American Free Press, etc to have custom names and how do I stop new tabs from appearing every time a story is posted?

@afp: You can edit Menu items and Menu label from Menus. Go to Dashboard=> Appearance=> Menus then Create a menu if you don’t have one. But if you do have, select the menu item you want to edit and Edit the its Label. You can also add and remove menu items as you need.
