I haven’t posted for a couple of weeks, but when I posted last night, the new post didn’t show up at the top of my home page. It seems to have the right date, it shows up in the next post link at the bottom of the last post (which shows up at the top of the homepage right now), and it opens fine if you use that link. It just doesn’t show up on the home page.
The most recent post should be “Historic San German, Puerto Rico” NOT the Washington DC cherries.
HELP!
Cindy

Can you change that feature on future updates so there is an “All” option? That would make it easier!
Thanks.

The 2 posts did not show up in Homepage, but appeared in Running and food categories. I followed the suggestion to Appearance –> Customize –> Theme Options –> Homepage / frontpage Category Setting and highlighted all categories, but Homepage remained the same with no listing of latest posts. Please advise on how to rectify this. Thank you. My website: http://www.prischew.com

Another strange observation, if I log in to WP-admin, I will see the WP toolbar on top. But if I go to WP toolbar “Home” and click “Visit Site”, I will go to the Home page, but with the WP toobar missing – as if I have just gone in from http://www.prischew.com and not WP-admin. This is the first time I observed this. Any explanation on this? Would appreciate your advice. Thanks.
March 28, 2017 at 9:16 am #113070PriscillaParticipantAlso, how you do “some full refresh”?
March 29, 2017 at 2:59 am #113108MaheshParticipant@chewfamily: Checked your site and the posts are still showing. For full refresh tap Ctrl+F5. And about the admin toolbar on top, it should be there unless in Dashboard=> User=> Your Profile, Show Toolbar when viewing site option is unchecked.

MaheshMarch 29, 2017 at 12:16 pm #113130PriscillaParticipantThanks. The home page did change to latest posts after Ctrl F5, but reverted to the old cached copy again after a few more normal refresh or refresh after being left alone for a while. Any reason for this? Can something be done to solve this permanently. This never happened before until about 2 days ago (for the first time!)
March 30, 2017 at 4:08 am #113158MaheshParticipant@chewfamily: Just checked your site again both with and without full refresh, and the blog is displaying just fine. Let me know if any problem. Do you have any cache plugins?

MaheshMarch 31, 2017 at 11:03 am #113254PriscillaParticipantSomehow the homepage still displaying the last/previous posts when I visit http://www.prischew.com. It will only display latest posts with full refresh. I have deactivated the WP super cache since I first started to have this cache problem several days ago. Never faced this problem before. Hope you can help!
April 2, 2017 at 11:46 pm #113348MaheshParticipant@chewfamily: I checked your site just now, and currently Race Review: 2XU Compression Run 2017 (21.1km) is the latest post being displayed without Full refresh. Just loading your site is working fine on mine. Please check on another device and let me know if it resolves the issue.

MaheshApril 3, 2017 at 11:38 am #113393PriscillaParticipantIt appears that there is a 12 hrs to 24 hrs delay before latest posts appear on homepage. It is more apparent when I use mobile devices, eg iPad or iPhone. At this moment when I write this post, my iPhone and iPad still displaying the race review: 2XU … instead of the latest post on Sydney Marathon press release. Similarly for Windows 10 notebook or MacBook Pro, they are still displaying the Race review, unless I do a Full Refresh. But it will revert to the Race Review again if I do another normal Refresh (i.e. doing a normal refresh after a full refresh)
How to do a Full Refresh on a mobile device, eg iPhone, iPad?

PriscillaApril 6, 2017 at 2:07 am #113559MaheshParticipant@chewfamily: I tested both on desktop and mobile and on both the latest post displaying is Relieve your body heatiness. Take Three Legs Cooling Water. Without full refresh, just normal browsing is displaying fine.
