When I set up my media header originally, it worked perfectly. I tried to change the picture on the header and now no media appears on my header on desktop or mobile version of my website. I tried everything I can think of but I am stuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I see the slideshow that you have setup on your header media in desktop. Do you want the slideshow to be visible on mobile devices as well?

Yes! it started working on the desktop version randomly but I would love for it to work on the mobile as well. Another quick question that I can seem to figure out. In my portfolios I have a couples portfolio that won’t show on desktop or mobile? Im wondering if there is some kind of bug that is causing these random issues. All of my other portfolios work just fine

For the slideshow video to work on mobile devices you can use our Header Enhancement Plugin.

The Portfolio Couples does not seem to be showing on mobile devices as there is some issue with the thumbnail for Couples portfolio. This should be solved once your fix the Couples thumbnail.
