Hi, I am using Clean Business Pro. I started with free version, then have had to start over with the Pro version. Why is the header image NOT showing up in the header behind the site title and tag line? Why is it just the solid color background?? ALso, I test changed that solid color background to a new color, and that color shows up but also a narrow black band at the bottom of it. WHere is THAT coming from?
I need to get the header image showing properly behind site title and tagline; like it did in the free version.

OK I got the image to show up – BUT there is still that black band at the bottom of it – and I don’t even have the header background SET to black. I do need that “instant support” that it says here.
