    I’ve been trying to find this code and delete it with no luck.  I assumed it’s in my header.php. Please help. http://www.titaniumrib.org

    @regalaffair: Sorry, but this not a theme related issues. There are so many reason that your site get hacked. Please use professional help to get it removed. Maybe you can use Tweaky
