    Hey Sakin,

I’ve reached out before and you’ve always been a big help. Hopefully you’ll come through again. My website is http://www.brewreviewcrew.com and I am afraid that I’m getting an error with my Analytics code. Ever since May 30th, our Bounce Rate has dropped from over 55% to 6% average. I think I might have a code doubled up somewhere giving me double page views per visit, but I can’t find anything wrong. I didn’t change settings, or try to edit the code since we first put it in. Do you think you can help? Or is our bounce rate just at an all-time low for real?

    Thanks as always
    Cory

    Hi Cory,

I am not so sure about the code what you have added in your site. But I see that you have installed “Google Analytics Dashboard WordPress” plugin. So, you might want to disable that. Another I see that you have Google Analytics code at “Appearance => Theme Options => Webmaster Tools => Header and Footer Codes => Code to display on Footer” box.

    Regards,
    Sakin

We’ve had the plugin since we’ve had the site and it’s never been an issue before. I wonder if it updated to make it post a tracking link in every page. I’ll disable it as a test. Thanks for the help, I’m sure I’ll have more questions in the future 🙂

@brewreviewcrew: Ok but there are 2 different type of analytics code. One from the plugin and another form the footer code. So, check these and remove one.
