    Hello, I have added the google supplied code to the Appearance > Theme Options > Webmaster Tools > Header and Footer Code > Code to display on Header area.Will this add the code to all pages and posts?

    I have also added the Google ID to the Site Verification field.

    It is not yet tracking, did I miss something?

    @paigeohliger: If you have installed the cache then the google will reach your cached page where there will not be the code. It will take time to refresh your cache to reach the google. If you want to make it immediate then you need to clear your cache through Cache plugin settings.
