I’ve added the post ID correctly and set a featured image for my post, yet it’s not coming up on my homepage?
August 24, 2014 at 1:04 am #42950SakinKeymaster@SameenIbne: If you have added in the Post ID and Featured Image then it should work fine. Can you recheck it in reference with http://catchthemes.com/blog/videos-blog/video-series-adding-featured-post-slider/ . Maybe, you missed out steps.
August 25, 2014 at 10:12 am #42973PeregrinoParticipantI had this problem initially – I got too smart-in-a-hurry & tried to add the whole post URL as the identity reference. Read the instructions again (!), uploaded catchID, and then used only the ID number as the reference. Works perfectly.

August 26, 2014 at 12:57 am #43000kkldesignsParticipantI bought the full version for Catch Kathmandu Pro, and I cannot get the feature slider to work on the home page. I have watched the videos, and set up everything exactly like the video.

Can someone please help me? I need to launch this site by tomorrow. And, if this doesn’t get fixed, then I will have to not use Catch Themes now or on my future projects.
August 26, 2014 at 8:17 pm #43034SakinKeymaster@kkldesigns: I just check in your site and the slider you have added is fine but looks like there is conflict with plugins that you are using with our slider script. So, can you try disabling plugins one by one and check in. I suspect shadowbox-js plugin.
August 27, 2014 at 7:59 am #43057kkldesignsParticipantthanks @sakin. That worked. It wasn’t shadowbox. It was Thickbox. I didn’t need that plugin anyway.

December 8, 2015 at 8:40 pm #80808alanMemberSeveral days ago I installed Catch Themes Pro to my website. The featured slider enabled on my homepage was working fine with 3 uploaded images. This morning the slider stopped working altogether. I’ve tried
disabling/then re-enabling;
disabling/then re-enabling the demo
deleting the images and then re-loading the imagesbut nothing works.
The only thing that displays on my homepage is the first (of three) image with arrows to the left and right of the image. The little circles on the lower center of the image no longer appear (along with the loss of function). Can anyone help?December 9, 2015 at 6:02 pm #80869SakinKeymaster@alan: For detail, please post in your site URL and then we can check in. But reading your issue, I assume it’s plugin conflict. So, try disabling plugin which you have recently added or updated. Then you will find the issue.

Thanks so much for getting back to me. You’re right, it was a plug-in.
conflict. I disabled the Q2W3 Fixed Widget and the slider works fine.
Do have any insight on how to make the Q2 W3 compatible with the slider? = Here is my website
