Adventurous Pro v 3.0. I have not updated because I never made a child theme and not fond to have to start over.

My blog is OK on my desktop imac.

When I look at the blog home page on my iphone, the featured slider is not displayed and the featured image for each post is not displayed. Its been awhile since I looked at my blog on an iphone but I thought those two features used to be there.

@mrhoni: You seem to be using a very old version of theme. Please update the theme to the latest version and let me know if the issue persists.

That is what I thought to do but since I never understood at the beginning to create a child theme if I upgraded now I will lose all my customizations. Is there a tool that will run against my theme and create a child?

@mrhoni: If you have made changes to core theme files directly without creating a child theme then changes will be lost on theme update.

I don’t think there is anyway you can update the theme and retain the changes you made without creating a child theme.

You will need to update the theme to the latest theme and then again make those changes by creating a child theme.
