I would like the featured content on my home page for launch, but am not ready to link the pictures to specific pages yet.

Is there a way to have the featured content visible without linking it to a page? If I leave the url field empty and click any of the featured content photos, the home page refreshes, which makes it seem like there is a broken link.

Is it possible to kill the link until those pages are ready without disabling featured content? I’m just interested in a temporary solution until I get the content for those pages.
