Hi,

My featured content and images are not showing. I ready the instructions a million times and followed the instructions a million times as well. Through my dashboard went to “appearance”, “customize”, “featured content”. I chose 3 columns layouts and selected content for featured post content and nothing happened. I also have my featured images in the posts. What am i missing?

@kelsantana: Please make sure you have put the Post’s Ids in Featured Post # box. Let me know if any problem.

Hi Mahesh,

Thanks for the reply.I looked everywhere in the Customize area (including the Featured Content area) and I can’t find any box to place the post ID. Where do I find this? Thanks again

@kelsantana: Please check the image in the link below. You have to put the post ids in the section as shown in the image. Find this section in Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Featured Content. Make sure that Featured Post Content is selected in Select Content Type
