Hi,
I have no idea why and since when but I am sure I have not added any custom CSS to make the slider fail right now… maybe an update or some special content triggers the issue 🙁
site is https://do-yoga.at and the slider does not show in right height. when opening in customizer the slider works, but for the users view it does not. can anyone help us here? thx!
BR,
Thomas

It seems you have a plugin conflict on your site.
try to disable all plugins one by one to see effect.
you can also check the link below for some help.

thanks for the hint, those automatic updates are not always handy 🙂 – it seems to be the plugin “complianz” which I can’t deactivate for “compliance” reasons but need to find a fix…
Thanks!

You can ask your query with the “complianz” support team for a solution.

I am using WP-Optimizer and they offer an option “Contain each included file in its own block (enable if trying to isolate a JavaScript error introduced by minifying or merging)” which I enabled to make the complianz plugin work together with the other plugins and scripts.
thanks again for the hint! I was searching for styling issues as the root cause…. 🙂
