Hi guys.

I just bought Catch Base Pro. I installed the theme according to the instructions and activated the theme successfully. (www.rt-erfurt.net, WP 4.2.2)

Now whenever I try to click “customize” as an option in the dashboard nothing happens. The page turns white (Firefox) or I receive an error message (IExplorer)

This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying.

I can’t customize anything. Heeeeelp 🙂

it seems as if the customize.php doesn’t work (in any browser). 🙁

Hi Sakin.

No, the guys at hostexcellence are telling me everything works fine. I have another site hosted there (http://www.fcb-2008.net) and it has no issues at all. Also, the Dashboard itself works. Only the customize.php doesn’t seem to do the job.

The go to Themes –> Anpassen (Customize)

@Josef: I check in your site and looks like there is issue language settings in your site. When I change Site Language to “English” from “Settings => General”, customizer is working fine.
