    I am currently having difficulty logging into my WordPress account, ht display screen just continues to refresh when I try to log in, and it says I need to do a few things to try to correct this. One being to alter the wp-config.php file, or to delete .htaccess file, but it says I don’t have permission. What can I do so I can regain access to my website?
