I just upgraded to Simple Catch Pro. When I click on customize, I get a blank screen.

@paul: It shouldn’t be like that. Did you customize any code. Are you using the latest version of WordPress. Customizer only have few option in Simple Catch Pro theme, to change settings in Simple Catch Pro, you need to use Theme Options panel that is in “Appearance => Theme Options”.

This is not the only problem. Since I switched from Simple Catch to Simple Catch Pro, I’m having many problems.

If I click on CUSTOMIZE I get a blank screen.
I can’t add a link as a menu (it just spins).
I can’t add a text widget anywhere either.

Way too many issues for a paid PRO version.

Yes, WP is upgraded.
No, I have not used any custom code.

I need to get this fixed this week or I’m going to have to switch to another theme. This is causing too much time delay trying to get around it.

current issues:

I tried loading some other slideshow widgets and I can’t load any of them either. They spin too.
