Hi,

Using responses to questions asked by other members of this forum, I’ve tried solving some of my own issues in regards to my blog, using namely some CSS coding.
However, no matter what I enter as the code, nothing is modified afterwards…
Using Appearances / Theme Option / CSS, no result. Using the Appearances / Modify CSS function (perhaps activated by Jetpack), no result either…

Just to let you know, I’m using WordPress 4.0.1 in the french version.

@Anick: I check in your site and I don’t see any custom css. Can you let me know what are you trying to modify it.

Hi Sakin,

The custom CSS is in laqueebecoise.besaba.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=editcss
I believe it modifies the color of the home footer page subscription box. But I tried this as a simple test for custom CSS, just to check if it worked alright. Which is not the case.

In fact, what I want to do is apply a background image on the footer of the home page which hosts a subscription widget.

@Anick: For custom css, go to “Appearance => Theme Options => Custom CSS” box and add it there.
